Shahid Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra shoot in UK

Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra begin shooting in the UK this week on Kunal Kohli's latest project.

The film, given the working title Teri Meri Kahani, reunites the actors after their 2009 release Kaminey.

Kohli wrote on his Twitter account: "In London, typical Eng weather. Shoot starts in a few days, need good weather. (sic)"

Kohli revealed in June that he had completed almost a third of filming in Mumbai on his new directorial venture.

Kapoor and Chopra are said to play four different characters, with the action taking place across four different cities.

Kohli told Digital Spy last year that he enjoys working in different genres of cinema. The filmmaker added that his projects consistently attract well-known actors.

Teri Meri Kahani will reportedly be filmed in Leeds, Nottingham and Coventry.

You sound liberated. Do you wish this had happened earlier?
It had to happen when it did. I don't like to live in regret. I was in a relationship by choice. When I was in it, I was fully into it. Now I am not there. Once I move on, I don't look back.

You've been very miserable in the past...
Who doesn't get miserable in a relationship once in a while? There are high and low points.

You seem to be linked with lots of men these days, including Shahid Kapoor?
Yeah. If the man is cute I don't mind being linked to him. The moment I am linked to someone who is 'ugh', I will protest!

So is a relationship with Shahid in the realm of possibility?
Anything is possible. After what has happened to me I firmly believe that. And I always say, never say never. I'm touched people feel that I'm supposed to have gone into the serial dating zone, immediately after a long relationship. First there was some Russian guy...then there was Josh.

Sonam Kapoor: Shahid Kapoor is very casual in terms of fashion

Not surprisingly. Considering Sonam Kapoor’s popularity for everything except acting, it was quite obvious for her to play the fashion police on the sets of her latest film, ‘Mausam’. The film, being directed by veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor has Sonam playing the role of Aiyaat, a down to earth Plain Jane from Kashmir.

 

 

At the first look of the Mausam trailer, Sonam spoke at length about her experience of working with the Kapoor father-son duo. The actress said that it was Shahid who had to start a conversation with her since she is very reserved by nature. Interestingly, Sonam also said that she would not talk to Shahid initially because on the sets of Mausam he roamed around in slippers and not good shoes. The actress said that Shahid is a bit too casual in matters of appearance and it took her a long time to approve of his fashion standards.

 

It is understandable that being an actress of the modern era, Sonam is conscious about how she or those around her look. But wouldn’t it serve her better if she could concentrate on her acting for once? What say?
