Shahid Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra shoot in UK
Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra begin shooting in the UK this week on Kunal Kohli's latest project.
The film, given the working title Teri Meri Kahani, reunites the actors after their 2009 release Kaminey.
Kohli wrote on his Twitter account: "In London, typical Eng weather. Shoot starts in a few days, need good weather. (sic)"
Kohli revealed in June that he had completed almost a third of filming in Mumbai on his new directorial venture.
Kapoor and Chopra are said to play four different characters, with the action taking place across four different cities.
Kohli told Digital Spy last year that he enjoys working in different genres of cinema. The filmmaker added that his projects consistently attract well-known actors.
Teri Meri Kahani will reportedly be filmed in Leeds, Nottingham and Coventry.

You sound liberated. Do you wish this had happened earlier?
It had to happen when it did. I don't like to live in regret. I was in a relationship by choice. When I was in it, I was fully into it. Now I am not there. Once I move on, I don't look back.
You've been very miserable in the past...
Who doesn't get miserable in a relationship once in a while? There are high and low points.
You seem to be linked with lots of men these days, including Shahid Kapoor?
Yeah. If the man is cute I don't mind being linked to him. The moment I am linked to someone who is 'ugh', I will protest!
So is a relationship with Shahid in the realm of possibility?
Anything is possible. After what has happened to me I firmly believe that. And I always say, never say never. I'm touched people feel that I'm supposed to have gone into the serial dating zone, immediately after a long relationship. First there was some Russian guy...then there was Josh.

Sonam Kapoor: Shahid Kapoor is very casual in terms of fashion
Not surprisingly. Considering Sonam Kapoor’s popularity for everything except acting, it was quite obvious for her to play the fashion police on the sets of her latest film, ‘Mausam’. The film, being directed by veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor has Sonam playing the role of Aiyaat, a down to earth Plain Jane from Kashmir.
At the first look of the Mausam trailer, Sonam spoke at length about her experience of working with the Kapoor father-son duo. The actress said that it was Shahid who had to start a conversation with her since she is very reserved by nature. Interestingly, Sonam also said that she would not talk to Shahid initially because on the sets of Mausam he roamed around in slippers and not good shoes. The actress said that Shahid is a bit too casual in matters of appearance and it took her a long time to approve of his fashion standards.
It is understandable that being an actress of the modern era, Sonam is conscious about how she or those around her look. But wouldn’t it serve her better if she could concentrate on her acting for once? What say?

Shahid: Sonam and I love & hate each other

Ever since the Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor starrer MAUSAM went on floors, we've been hearing reports about Shahid and Sonam not getting along well.
When asked Shahid Kapoor about the same he said, 'We have a very friendly-fighty relationship. Sonam and I love & hate each other. That is how we are.'
Sonam Kapoor was quick to add, 'I don't usually interact with my co-stars. Actually, I'm extremely shy and reserved person before someone gets to know me. Shahid had to talk to me initially and then we were fighting. But I don't think we had any major fights. We used fight about the kind of clothes Shahid wore. Eventually we became friends.'
We must say, all's well that ends well.

Shahid Kapoor's still the Sexiest Vegetarian!

Shahid Kapoor has won the title of Asia's Sexiest Vegetarian Man for 2011 after a fierce battle on PETA Asia Pacific website. Singer Faye Wong has been crowned Asia's Sexiest Vegetarian Woman.
Other popular contenders include Bollywood film heavyweight Kareena Kapoor, model-turned-Hollywood hottie Maggie Q and Mongolian singer Nominjin, Taiwanese actor Blue Lan, Super Girl Jane Zhang, actors Gao Yuanyuan and Barbie Hsu, and songwriter Louis Cheung. Favourite celebs from outside the continent include actors Natalie Portman, Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia; fighting champion Jake Shields and singers Anthony Kiedis (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Leona Lewis.
Shahid recently starred in ad campaign for PETA India extolling one of the many benefits of a plant-based diet: "Chicks Love a Vegetarian". Kapoor who won the same organization's India's Sexiest Vegetarian contest in 2009 and received the 2003 Filmfare Award for a Debut Film for his appearance in his Ishq Vishk. "I have always supported the cause of being a vegetarian, and it's nice to be felicitated for something so close to my heart," says Kapoor."Being voted as sexy is a matter of perception, but being vegetarian is a lifestyle change and something that comes from a sense of responsibility. I want to thank my fans for their vote and I am enjoying the sexy tag."

Deepika Padukone would be seen opposite the likes of Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali-Khan, John Abraham and even Rajinikanth in her upcoming films over next one year. However she isn't content just with that. Now she has expressed amongst her close friends and associates that Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are next on her wish list.
"There is space wide open for Deepika to make an entry into this exclusive club," comments a source," As things stand today, it may just about happen. Though Salman is currently working with other actresses like Kareena Kapoor (BODYGUARD) and Katrina Kaif (EK THA TIGER), leading lady for SHER KHAN and DABANGG 2 are yet to be confirmed. Also, Aamir hasn't announced any other film that would come after Reema Kagti's yet untitled dramatic thriller."
Other than Salman and Aamir, Deepika is also missing out on working with Shahid Kapoor. There were talks about them being paired in HEER RANJHA but that hasn't quite happened. So while Deepika has shared screen space with the likes of Ranbir Kapoor, Imran Khan, Neil Nitin Mukesh, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan, the one who is left out is Shahid Kapoor. Though there was a buzz in the air last year that Deepika was one of the earlier choices for Shahid's MAUSAM, the rumor fizzled out soon when Sonam Kapoor was signed instead.
However in case of Salman and Aamir, Deepika hasn't quite come that close and is now hoping that an opportunity comes knocking her doors.
"I am of course waiting for that moment," she smiles, "I got the best possible start in Hindi and Tamil cinema with a film each with Shah Rukh and Rajni Sir. Now I want to be seen with Aamir, Salman and Shahid as well."
Its okay Deepika, hold on to the thought and slow down the pace. With a dream run of films like AARAKSHAN, DESI BOYZ, COCKTAIL and RANA on your way, Salman and Aamir may just be on the way.
